Kai van Lieshout is the co-founder and CEO of Lyrebird, an AI-powered clinical documentation platform that automates scribing and administrative tasks directly from patient-doctor conversations. A former Tesla engineer, he launched Lyrebird in 2023 after a personal experience navigating long specialist wait times.

Martina Qin
Age: 27
Martina Qin is the co-founder and chief creative officer of Qloud Games, which focuses on building virtual worlds that balance community and gameplay. Qin left the corporate world to found the Sydney-based video game start-up in 2022 alongside her partner. Qloud Games has recently secured a $7.5 million seed round led by Bay Area gaming and entertainment fund GFR and Denver-based Bitkraft Ventures.

Jacky Koh, Daniel Vassilev, Daniel Palmer
Ages: 28, 28, 29
Jacky Koh, Daniel Palmer and Daniel Vassilev co-founded Relevance AI: a machine-learning start-up that helps businesses build AI workforces to supercharge productivity. These agents are built using Relevance AI’s platform, which enables companies to customise large language models without coding to perform tasks like creating email responses and handling data analytics. To date, the company has raised $42 million in funding from investors, including King River Capital and Peak XV.

Josh Wigley
Age: 27
Joshua Wigley is the founder and CEO of Hyperion Systems, a Perth-based start-up specialising in large-format 3D printing technology. Under Wigley’s leadership, Hyperion Systems developed the ‘Factory-in-a-Box’, a modular 3D printing system producing components up to 6m like long—boat hulls, furniture, and concrete formwork—on site, reducing timelines from months to days while using recycled plastic feedstock. The company has generated over $1 million in sales, secured $385,000 in government grant funding and closed a $1 million capital raise at a $10 million valuation.
