Bio

Grace launched – and bootstrapped – June Health in 2025, Australia’s first and only at-home STI and cervical screening platform. Since launching in March 2025, June has secured Australia’s largest pathology provider, gained paying customers in every state and territory and joined Startmate’s Winter 2025 cohort, where she was awarded $120,000 in funding

Chloe Chang
Age: 23

Bio

Chloe is a mechanical engineer at Lunar Outpost Oceania where she contributes to the design of ‘Roo-ver’, Australia’s first lunar rover, which is supported by the Australian Space Agency and will go to the moon with NASA.  She co-led the Monash Nova Rover University robotics team 2022-2023, where their hot pink Mars and Lunar rover placed first in Australia and second globally. She also launched the Pink Rover campaign to start conversations about women in STEM, challenging stereotypes and redefining who belongs in STEM. A former CSIRO intern focused on automating scientific workflows, Chloe is passionate about building a more inclusive future in space engineering.

Aishwarya Kansakar
Age: 29

Bio

Aishwarya Kansakar is the CEO and co-founder of Syncrowin,   an Australian tech company pioneering AI-powered industrial automation systems aimed at enhancing sustainability in sectors like mining, manufacturing, and energy.  In 2024, she co-developed a world-first STEM teaching model with Monash University, supported by a $3.2 million Australian Research Council grant, which has impacted more than 40,000 girls and 2,700 educators. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Women 4 STEM.
