Social CEO: The 24-year-old entrepreneur who is setting the blueprint of social media marketing
Tia Christofi is shaping the way people see content, boasting 270,000 Instagram followers and a social media marketing company that generates millions of views. Here’s how the 24-year-old entrepreneur is challenging industry norms, building a business on her own authentic terms and, most of all, making you click.
BRANDVOICE – SPECIAL FEATURE

Chances are, you’ve seen Tia Christofi on social media. Collectively, on her personal and company accounts. She’s a globe-trotting ex-cheerleader turned digital entrepreneur, who has been an early adopter, a trend-setter, and is now her own boss at Social CEO. All before the age of 24.
“Walking into meetings with business owners twice my age meant I had to prove myself quickly,” Christofi says. “Once they see the numbers, the engagement and the growth, the conversation shifts from ‘She’s young’ to ‘She knows what she’s doing.’” Christofi also does it all with Gen Z flair, which she says can be jarring for older business owners at first, but it is a style they come to embrace due to the undeniable results.
From Travis Scott tunes to dynamic custom graphics, Christofi and her team shoot, cut, edit, and create clips that connect new demographics to her growing portfolio of 50-plus clients, including Designer Bathware, Wetspot, The Woodshed Gym, Vinage Customs, and Esca Grill. “We do incorporate quick trends,” says Chrisfofi. “However, we also focus on storytelling and cinematic visuals as well as high-end campaigns.”
Those “lux” elements have helped Social CEO to stand out in a crowded market, where everyone with an iPhone calls themselves a content creator. Christofi’s team consists of 12 people, plus two bookkeepers, one executive assistant and an operations manager. They are nimble, but they can also be a gale-force wind of like-minded, social media-savvy professionals, fluent in buzzwords and engagement strategies.
“Be real. Social media isn’t about perfection; it’s about connection. Share your story, your expertise and your journey. Authenticity always wins!”
From Tia Christofi, Founder, Social CEO
“The way we do things is just completely different,” says Christofi. “We’re not doing what everyone else is doing, to be honest. I love being more real and raw with client content, as sometimes going against the grain means resisting what everyone’s doing and creating what actually works.”
Christofi’s business acumen is proven, and the Melburnian credits her hardworking Greek-Cypriot family for instilling in her a relentless energy. Her inspiration can also come from a little further abroad, as she seeks inspiration for what could be another business venture, saying she would “definitely start a second business”.

“I love what Steven Bartlett does, host of The Diary of a CEO. He has that young founder energy, doing unfiltered storytelling and talking about mindset and truths,” says Christofi.
“Also, Emma Grede, the co-founder of SKIMS and Good American. She took an idea and turned it into a billion-dollar brand. She’s quiet but talented, and she doesn’t need to be front and centre to prove anything.”
But if you’re wondering who inspires her in the content game, don’t expect to find an answer anytime soon. “I don’t look at what others in the industry are doing,” says Christofi. “I’d rather stay in my own lane. For me, it’s about being authentic, real and building Social CEO in a way that feels true to who I am.”
One thing is certain: Christofi’s influence won’t stay confined to your feed. She’s building Social CEO into a creative powerhouse, setting the tone for how brands and businesses connect, engage and grow in the digital age.
