Follow these simple steps to securely access your Forbes Australia account:
Step 1: Open the Sign-In Page
From the homepage, click the “Sign in” button located in the top-right corner of the screen (under the hamburger menu on Mobile)
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
In the sign-in window, enter the email address associated with your Forbes Australia account and click “Send sign-in link.”
Step 3: Check Your Email for a One-Time Code or Link
You’ll receive an email containing a one-time code or a secure sign-in link.
• If you receive a link, click it to be signed in automatically.
• If you receive a code, enter it into the field provided and click “Sign in.”
Step 4: Access Your Account
Once you’ve signed in successfully, you will see a the sign in button has changed to “My Account”. You may also receive a Welcome Back message. You are now securely logged in and can access your subscription content and account features.
Follow the steps below to update your contact details in your Forbes Australia account.
Step 1: Go to “My Account”
Once you are logged in, click the “My Account” button located in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Step 2: Select “Mailing Address and Phone Number”
In your account menu, choose the option “Mailing Address and Phone Number.” This will take you to the address update page.
Step 3: Enter Your New Details
Fill in the fields with your updated Street Address, Suburb, Postal code, State/Territory, Country, and Phone Number.
Once complete, click “Update your profile.”
Step 4: Confirmation
Your new mailing address and phone number are now successfully updated in your Forbes Australia account.
Follow these steps to update your payment details securely on the Forbes Australia website.
Step 1: Go to “My Account”
Once you are logged in, click the “My Account” button located in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Step 2: Open the Profile Menu
Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner to open your profile options.
Step 3: Choose “Add Card”
From the menu options, click on “Add card” to access the payment details page.
Step 4: Enter Your Card Information
Fill in your card number, expiry date, and country details.
If applicable, enter your ABN to verify your payment information.
Once complete, click “Add card.”
Step 5: Confirmation
Your credit card details have now been securely updated, and your payment information is saved for future transactions.
Follow these steps to cancel your Forbes Australia subscription quickly and securely.
Step 1: Go to “My Account’
Once you’re logged in, click the “My Account” button in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Step 2: Open the Profile Menu
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner to open your profile options.
Step 3: Select “Subscriptions”
From the menu options, click “Subscriptions”. You will see details of your current plan, renewal date, and next charge.
Step 4: Cancel your Subscription
Under Actions, click “Cancel subscription”. You will see a confirmation page showing when your access will end.
Step 5: Confirm Cancellation
Click “Cancel subscription” to finalise the process. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Follow these simple steps to upgrade your Forbes Australia subscription plan (for example, from Essential Digital to Premium):
Step 1 : Go to “My Account”:
After signing in to your Forbes Australia account, click “My Account” located in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Step 2: Access “Subscriptions” and Select “Change Plan”
From your account menu, click “Subscriptions” to view your current plan details. Under Actions, select “Change plan.”
Step 3: Select your New Plan
Choose the new plan you’d like to upgrade to (e.g., Forbes Australia – Premium Subscription) and complete the purchase. The system will automatically calculate a prorated amount for the upgrade.
Step 3: Confirm the Change
Click “Confirm and change my plan” to finalise your upgrade. You will see the updated renewal date and amount reflected in your account.
