Kylie Jenner wore a diamond-encrusted bra valued at $50 million at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, held Sunday in Los Angeles.
The Victoria’s Secret Fantasy Bra has been one of the most iconic creations on the brand’s runway since 1996. Jacob & Co., the official partner of the 2026 fashion show, said the latest version is the most valuable Fantasy Bra ever made. It features a 75.54-carat radiant-cut fancy vivid yellow diamond at its center and 4,409 additional diamonds in a variety of cuts. The bra has a combined weight of 1,373.39 carats. The diamonds are set in 18k white and yellow gold.
Designed to move like fabric, the bra was assembled from approximately 3,218 individually designed components. A team of 15 artisans spent more than 1,000 hours creating the piece.

The design draws inspiration from Jacob & Co.’s Rare Touch jewelry collection, which explores how precious metals can be shaped into articulated structures that move with the body. The Fantasy Bra takes that concept further, requiring a construction that follows the body’s contours while remaining flexible enough to wear as lingerie.
Three elements guided the design, according to Jacob Arabo, founder, chairman and creative director of Jacob & Co.: the variety and placement of the diamonds, the way the piece reflects light, and the movement of the stones on the body.
In addition to the yellow diamond centerpiece, the bra features 91 large white diamonds totaling 405.06 carats. The stones come in six shapes: Angel-cut, pear, round brilliant, heart, oval and marquise. They range from 5.01 to 18.59 carats and are graded E to F in color and VVS2 to VS1 in clarity.

The Angel-cut is a proprietary diamond cut developed for Jacob & Co.’s 40th anniversary. The larger diamonds are secured using round-prong and eagle-claw settings designed to minimize visible metal and allow light to enter from multiple angles. Bezel settings secure stones in areas subject to greater movement, while pavé-set diamonds fill the spaces between them.
The centerpiece comprises three stones: the 75.54-carat radiant-cut fancy vivid yellow diamond and two round brilliant white diamonds totaling 11.85 carats.
The yellow diamond’s weight, depth and position on the body dictated the structure around it, from its setting and supporting framework to the distribution of the surrounding diamonds. The challenge was to balance the demands of supporting a substantial gemstone with the flexibility required of a wearable piece.

The construction process combined traditional jewelry-making techniques with computer-aided design. After an initial sketch, the team created a full-scale model using flexible chipboard, cutting and shaping each section by hand and measuring it on a bust form. A computer-aided design (CAD) model was then developed, dividing the design into approximately 3,218 individual components.
Each component was cast in 18k white gold using the lost-wax method. The wax models were encased in investment material under vacuum and heated in a kiln, leaving molds into which molten gold was poured. The cast pieces were then cleaned, filed and pre-polished by hand.
Working from detailed layout maps, the artisans assembled the structure section by section. Each strand of fringe consists of individually cast settings linked together to move freely with the body.

The construction also required attention to how the metal would rest against the wearer. The framing bars beneath the cups feature subtly tapered, knife-edge profiles, while the 18k white gold cups curve inward toward the center to follow the shape of a fabric bra. The design required a balance of comfort, delicacy and structural strength.
Arabo and Adam Selman, executive vice president and chief creative officer of Victoria’s Secret & Co., described the Fantasy Bra as a celebration of craftsmanship and spectacle.
“We wanted to create the most spectacular Fantasy Bra ever made, but value alone was never enough,” Arabo said. “For me, it had to be about the diamonds, the light and the movement. We brought together exceptional diamonds in different shapes and sizes, including our proprietary Angel-Cut, and designed the piece so that it catches light with every step.”
The Fantasy Bra was once a regular feature of the Victoria’s Secret fashion show, but the last version was created in 2018.
“When we decided to bring back the Fantasy Bra this year, I couldn’t think of a more perfect person to design it than Jacob,” Selman said. “I have been a huge fan of his work for a very long time, and he has played a big role in shaping pop culture. I love his artistry, his craft and his fearlessness. Jacob understands that a Fantasy Bra has to be spectacular, but what made him the right partner is that he designs for the person wearing it. That’s what Victoria’s Secret is all about.”
