Japanese is always my go to, unless I have time to sit at PIÑA in Potts Point for anything.

Any restaurant by the teams behind Clam Bar (Dan Pepperell, Mikey Clift and Andy Tyson) and Bessie & Alma’s (Morgan McGlone, Nathan and Sali Sasi).
Best restaurant in the world:
I did have an incredible meal recently at Torrisi in NY, not the easiest reservation to get.
Favourite tipple:
I am more of a H2O guy.
An ideal Saturday night:
If I am in Australia, at home on the couch watching a great TV series with my wife.
3 dinner guests you’d like:
Dana White – UFC, Peter Thiel, Palmer Luckey. Now that would be a fun conversation.
Weekend away in Australia:
The Calile in Brisbane and Total Fusion Platinum.
Best drive:
Love to drive my 1970 Bronco when in LA.
Favourite city in the world:
Los Angeles.
Country you love to visit:
Israel.
Best overseas escape:
European summer in southern Italy and southern France is hard to beat.
Best hotel:
I was recently in Tokyo and was impressed with The Janu – great vibe, beautiful design, incredible gym and spa and super tranquil – it’s like an oasis in the desert.
Favourite artist:
I can’t choose one, I have to give a special mention to Kusama after recently seeing an extensive body of her work at the NGV earlier in the year.
