Hublot and Yohji Yamamoto return with an all black Classic Fusion camo

Hublot has opened 2026 by returning to familiar ground, teaming up once again with Yohji Yamamoto for a fourth collaboration. This time, the partnership lands on the Classic Fusion for the first time, resulting in the Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo, limited to 300 pieces worldwide.

The watch sticks closely to the All Black idea that Hublot has been refining for years. The 42mm case is made from matte black ceramic, paired with a black-on-black camouflage dial that reveals itself through light rather than colour.

At first glance it reads as flat and dark. Spend a moment with it and the depth starts to show, with raised textures and subtle shifts across the dial.

Around the back, a smoked sapphire caseback offers a muted view of Hublot’s MHUB1110 automatic movement. It’s visible without being put on display, keeping the overall look restrained.

The strap blends fabric and rubber, tying together Yamamoto’s approach to material with Hublot’s comfort in mixing the technical and the tactile.

This collaboration sits comfortably within the shared thinking of both names. Hublot’s All Black work has long focused on shape, surface and durability, while Yamamoto has used black as a way to strip design back to its core. The Classic Fusion All Black Camo seems to follow that same line.

“For Yohji Yamamoto, black reveals what truly matters, it purifies form, letting silhouette and texture speak,” says Hublot CEO Julien Tornare. “At Hublot, we treat black as a living material, sculpted, layered, folded where each surface interacts differently with light.

“This project marks our very first collaboration on a Classic Fusion model, and together, we share the belief that luxury is not what shines, but what endures.”

The Hublot x Yohji Yamamoto Classic Fusion All Black Camo is limited to 300 pieces worldwide, with a local RRP of $18,700.
