Leadership

COVID changed the way we work forever. Employees are now demanding more than just a paycheque; they want to work somewhere that aligns with their beliefs and values. So exactly what makes a company great to work at?

Better perks, flexible working arrangements and tangible growth pathways – these are all factors that employers need to consider in the increasingly competitive market for top end talent.

LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, has now revealed the top 25 best companies to grow your career in Australia.

Topping the list is Judo Bank, with Commonwealth Bank and NAB rounding out the top three.

“All three companies were also in the banking and finance sector, which has seen notable growth in the last 12 months, taking up six out of 25 spots on this year’s list,” LinkedIn managing director Matt Tindale said.

“Other strong industries include software development, technology, and consulting, opening new doors for those looking to re-skill or transition their careers in 2023 and beyond.”
